제목 Preparation of thin film coated cell platform
초록 In the field of cell biology, Layer-by-Layer (LBL) assembly technique has been widely studied because of its simple preparation and multifunctional properties. Substrates such as polysaccharide, silicon, and graphene based LBL platform applications are widely studied however, live cell based LBL platform is not yet fully understood. Therefore, live cell based LBL platform is required to be investigated more.  
Herein we demonstrated live cell based LBL platform. Moreover, we confirmed that the charge surplus can be used to deposit alternating protein on outer surface of thin film. We have developed live cell-LBL platform by stacking layers of hyaluronic acid (HA) and Ploy-L-lysine (PLL). The results showed that 3 bilayers of HA/PLL provides 4±1 nm of thickness on cell surface. Live cell LBL platform showed complete degradability. Additionally, Adherent cells (AML 12) and non-adherent cells (PBMCs) were evaluated and visualized as cell core. Also we have investigated zeta potential, cell viability, SEM images, and confocal images after assembly of 3 bilayers of HA/PLL. Thus this live cell-LBL platform is useful for various applications in cell biology.
