제목 Synthesis and characterization of self-healable polystyrene derivatives using Diels-Alder reaction
초록 Nowadays, many researches about polymers having self-healing property are proceeded. Above all, using Diels-Alder reaction between maleimide and furan is spot-lighted because of their reversible process. Hard coating materials are practical in commercial, so we synthesized novel polystyrene derivatives and bismaleimide with flexible structure. For characterization, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used. Finally, we confirmed healing effect of polymer film based on the Diels-Alder reaction between bismaleimide and furan functionalized polymer.
