The past decade was the golden age of Drug delivery system(DDS). Diverse kind of materials for DDS were developed through bunch of researches. The polymeric micelle, one of the material for DDS, was the most applied candidate for drug delivery carrier. The typical properties of polymeric micelle was hydrophobic core to encapsulate hydrophobic drug and hydrophilic surface to adapt for physiological environment. Even though many kinds of polymeric micelle systems were developed, the fundamental research for mechanism of releasing cargo from polymeric micelle was not developed well. Here in, we synthesize the diverse series of PEO-b-PLA to adjust the thickness of hydrophilic surface. After the synthesis, the investigation of the basic mechanism for cargo delivery will be performed through micelle-micelle collision. Through this research, we expect to find out clear mechanism of cargo release from polymeric micelle system. |
