Sebum resistance of pressure sensitive adhesives based on acrylic copolymer |
초록 |
UV curable pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were made by blending the various amount of di-functional acrylate with synthesized acrylic based copolymers. The copolymers were based on 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrlayte (2-HEA). These pressure sensitive adhesives have a lack of stability by Sebum resistance. Molecular weight and cross-linking of acrylic copolymers have an effect on Sebum resistance. Artificial sebum test is useful for evaluating the sebum resistance of pressure sensitive adhesives. This research shows that molecular weight and cross-linking of acrylic copolymers influence stability by Sebum resistance. |
