| 제목 | Preparation and desalination property of ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) heterogeneous cation ion exchange membrane |
| 초록 | In this study, EVA heterogeneous membrane was manufactured by roll to roll method. Membrane’s properties of EVA heterogeneous membrane that was measured water uptake, swelling ratio and ion exchange capacity, fixed ion exchange capacity by LCR meter, titration, SEM. And mechanical properties were measured tensile strength and elongation by UTM. In addition, it was confirmed through the membrane desalination performance by TDS experiment. Increased as ion exchange resin content by 70%, ion exchange capacity was increasing about 0.8~1.0meq/g, electrical resistivity was 10.0 Ω•cm² to 4.0 Ω•cm². But tensile strength and elongation which showed a tendency to decreased. Tensile strength was measured 40~60 kgf/cm2 which was better than commercial PE heterogeneous membrane. Furthermore TDS was measured to determine the heterogeneous membrane desalination characteristics which was 59.8% salt removal content. |
