제목 Flake Alignment Based Stretchable, Conductive Ag particle - Rubbery Polymer Stretchable electrode
초록 Stretchable electrodes are key components of the wearable device. For wearable, deformable electronics, electrodes and other components should be stretchable, maintaining its own role. There have been many researches that try to mix conductive fillers with stretchable polymer matrix to achieve conductivity and stretchability, simultaneously. The development of highly stretchable and conductive nanocomposites for stretchable and deformable electronics requires further understanding of the electrical conduction mechanisms of the stretchable electronics. In this work, we propose flake rotation-assisted conduction mechanism for silver flake/silicone rubber nanocomposites. Highly stretchable silicone rubber confers stretchability to the nanocomposites, and the unusually distorted plate-like silver flakes endow remarkable electrical conductivity to the nanocomposites under high strains. Under strain, the flakes align along the strain direction, leading to good electrical conductivity.
