| 제목 | A turn-on response peptidyl probe for selective detection of Hg(II) in aqueous solution by using photoinduced electron transfer process. |
| 초록 | We synthesized a fluorescent peptidyl probe based on the fluorescence quenching process. Tryptophan, an aromatic amino acid, acts as a ligand for heavy metal ions, especially mercury ion, and quencher for fluorophore by photoinduced electron transfer (PET) process. After the probe bound with mercury ion, it exhibited turn-on response. It also showed sensitive and selective response to mercury ions among 16 other metal ions. |
