Development of tetrazine modified Seoul-Fluor system as bioorthogonal turn-on probe for click chemistry. |
초록 |
The invention of bioorthogonal chemistry has revolutionized the field of chemical biology and biomedical research by providing superior chemical tools and have been widely used for investigating the dynamics and function of biomolecules in live condition. Among 20 different bioorthogonal chemistry, tetrazine ligation have been spotlighted as most advanced bioorthogonal chemistry because of their extremely faster kinetics and higher specificity than others. Turn-on probe is designed from the feature of tetrazine-alkene ligation that leads tetrazine to lose its role of quenching the conjugated fluorophores. For providing novel chemical tool for chemical biology and biomedical studies, we envisioned to develop new bioorthogonal turn-on probe via tetrazine modification of Seoul-Fluor system. |
