제목 Fluorescent Graphene Oxide Biosensor for the Detection of Phosphatase Enzymes
초록 Functionalized graphene oxide (fGO) was synthesized for development of a turn-on optical biosensor. The structure of fGO was analyzed by various spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR, UV, and XPS etc. As-prepared fGO showed intense and stable fluorescence in visible range. fGO was aggregated upon addition of various metal ions, which led to significant fluorescence quenching. The aggregated fGO was then re-dispersed in the presence of a phosphatase enzyme and its substrate, which resulted in the restoration of the quenched fluorescence of fGO.
