제목 Colorimetric nanosensor with Gold nanorod(GNR) conjugated antibody for detecting Influenza virus
초록 Recently, various nanobiosensors have been developed to detect wide range of pathogens causing pandemic emergence. Although they have got improved in some degree, they still have significant difficulties that had to be overcome in terms of time-requirement, insufficiency of sensitivity and selectivity. There is the need of reducing time for identifying pathogens on account of high contagiousness. Furthermore, selectivity and sensitivity should be also agonized over for accurate detection. As an alternative methodology, we designed a fast colorimetric method for detecting Influenza virus by targeting Hemagglutinin (HA). Using sulfide linkage, antibody binding to HA was tethered on gold-nanorod(GNR) which was template and also indicator because of visible alteration during the following process. It revealed that the designed method based on immunoassay is feasible application as an enhanced nanobiosensor for detecting Influenza virus without additional equipment.
