The interfacial interaction between the substrate and polymer, and polymer and air can influence the transition behavior of the block copolymer film. One of the effective strategies to control the interfacial interaction is an end-functionalized polymer brush. In this work, we investigated order-to-disorder transition of thin film of poly(styrene-b-methyl methacrylate) copolymer by using in-situ grazing incidence small angle x-ray scattering (GISAXS) on the substrate modified by the random copolymers (P(S-r-MMA)) with varying the PS mole fraction in the random copolymers from 0.2 to 0.85. The relationship between the ODT temperature and brush composition will be discussed. |
