제목 Novel Functional Polymer Nanostructures and Their Quantitative Analysis with Synchrotron Grazing Incidence X-Ray Scattering
초록 A series of new, novel polymer nanostructures were fabricated from functional linear polymers, polymer blends/composites, and block copolymers by utilizing their self-assembly ability or phase-separation characteristics. The fabricated nanostructures supported with substrates were quantitatively analyzed by using synchrotron grazing incidence X-ray scattering (GIXS). All results will be discussed in details with considering the chemical nature and nanostructure formation process parameters. In addition, the setup of synchrotron GIXS will introduced and compared with that of conventional transmission X-ray scattering. The GIXS theory as well as advantages and extandability of the GIXS technique will be discussed.
