제목 Morphology controlled self organized TiO2 nanoparticles as a high-k dielectric for flexible thin film transistor
초록 Well ordered spatially distributed TiO2 nanoparticles on substrate have been developed through self assembly of poly(styrene)-poly(4-vinylpyridine) (PS-P4VP) and Ti-precursors (Titanium isopropoxide in isopropanol and toluene) by simple spin coating and annealing method. High temperature annealing at 600°C in ambient atmosphere removes both the blocks of polymer from the substrate and results well ordered TiO2 nanoparticles. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) images shows the uniform dispersion of Ti-precursor embedded block copolymer micelle and long range ordered arrays of TiO2 nanoparticle on substrate with increasing in Ti-precursor volume fraction from 5-50 vol%. The dispersion of single wall carbon nanotube (SWNT) in PS-P4VP/TiO2 composite and subsequent removal of polymer further leads to SWNT-TiO2 nanocomposite arrays, which is promise for improving thin film transistor performance in electronic and optoelectronic application.
