Emitting and electron transport properties of Be complex derivative in OLED |

Metal chelate complexes are often used as carrier transport materials in OLEDs due to their excellent carrier transport properties. Many attempts have been made to characterize the EL characteristics of Alq3. However, the mobility of Alq3 is relatively low compared to the hole transporting materials NPB and TPD. So we synthesized the metal chelate complex Be(hbq)2 and compared the performance of the existing Alq3 and EL in Red OLED. |
