Modification of indium tin oxide electrode for high performance organic photovoltaics |
초록 |
The power conversion efficiency(PCE) and stability of organic photovoltaics(OPVs) can be enhanced by modifying indium tin oxide(ITO) electrode. Self-assembled monolayer(SAM) which has electronegative and hydrophobic group was introduced on surface of ITO. The devices were fabricated on SAM-modified ITO with high work function. To compare performance of devices, we fabricated device without a conventional buffer layer (PEDOT:PSS). As a result, the PCE and stability of our device with modified ITO electrode were enhanced than conventional device. |
