제목 Nanofilm decorated individual immune cells for enhanced immunological responses and functions
초록 Here we demonstrated a live cell-based LBL platform. We have also found that it can be used to deposit alternating proteins on the outer surface of the film. We have developed a viable LBL platform by layering layers of hyaluronic acid (HA) and Poly-L-lysine (PLL). The results showed that three bilayers of HA / PLL provided a thickness of 4 ± 1 nm on the cell surface. The living cell LBL platform showed complete degradability. In addition, adherent cells (AML 12) and nonadherent cells (PBMC) were evaluated and visualized into nuclei. We also investigated zeta potential, cell viability, SEM image and confocal image after HA / PLL 3 bilayers assembly. It is anticipated that viable LBL platform can be useful for a variety of applications in cell biology.
