Polyurethane has been known as a polymeric material that has high mechanical strength and has been widely used as adhesives. And Inorganic materials have been usually known to enhance thermal stability at low temperature. But it has poor water resistance, so curing environment is important for enhance tensile strength. We synthesized severals types of PU-inorganic composites. And we cured various environment. Morphology was monitored by means of SEM and crystalline pahse by XRD, respectively. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break were measured by UTM. Thermal properties were also measured by DSC and TGA. |
