Flexible polyurethane foams are mainly used as sheet material and sound absorbing material. In this study, automobile comfort is studied by changing the content of PTMG in PPG-based polyol. For static comfort, hysteresis loss and sag factor are measured, and for dynamic comfort, vibration transmissibility is measured. PTMG has a linear structure and has high drainage flow characteristics as the content increases, resulting in higher open porosity. Therefore, the high unloading energy curve is expected to, result in reduced hysteresis loss. In addition, as the PTMG content increased, the tensile strength increased and the elongation decreased. |
