제목 Positioning and SERS Application of Nanoparticle Clusters Arrays Using Sublimable Liquid Crystalline Template
초록 In the present work, precise control of the NPC arrangement in confined geometries has been demonstrated by using removable and NP-guidable liquid crystalline template, namely toric focal conic domains (TFCDs), via sublimation and reconstruction phenomenon.[1] The sequential changes with varying the experimental conditions were directly observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polarized optical microscopy (POM). Then, as a proof of concept, gold nanorod (GNR) cluster arrays were successfully fabricated, where each GNR cluster showed a clear SERS signal from the Raman chemical Malachite green (MG), which was sufficiently enhanced to be detected at very small concentration of 1.0 10-8 M of MG.
