초록 | Precisely shaped polymeric particles and structures are widely used for applications in MEMS, biomaterials and drug delivery. Flow lithography is a high-throughput micro structure fabrication technique using microscope projection photolithography. This high-throuput technique offers unprecedented control over particle size, shape and anisotropy. Here, we provide a versatile applications of the synthesized micro particles and the advanced flow lithography techniques. |
