제목 Sustained Release of Protein Drugs by Nanoporous Block Copolymer Membrane
초록 We studied controlled release of protein drugs (BSA, hGH) by using the nanoporous membrane with various pore size and thickness. Nanoporous membrane consists of two separated layers prepared by PS-b-PMMA copolymer and conventional microfiltration membrane. We found that the release rate of the protein drugs throughout the membrane did not depend on the concentration of drug, namely, zero-order diffusion was achieved. We achieved sustained release of hGH for 3 months using nanoporous block copolymer membrane. Since the pore size and thickness of nanoporous membrane are easily controlled depending on various drugs, the nanoporous membrane could be used for delivery device of various bio-molecules.
