제목 Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Biosensor Based onGold Nanoparticles and Alcoholdehydrogenase
초록 Electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor was fabricated by immobilization of tris(2,2’bipyridyl)ruthenium (II) Ru(bpy)32+ complex on COOH modified MWCNT-Nafion composite modified film. The COOH modified MWCNTs were observed by TEM. Alcoholdehydrogenase adsorption on the gold nanoparticles was confirmed by AFM. The ethanol detection can be observed by cyclic voltammetry and ECL intensity. High sensitivity for ethanol and good reproducibility were observed at the COOH modified MWCNT-Nafion composite modified electrode.
