Carbon-based electrodes were heralded in applications of biosensor as a new paradigm for an engineered electrode material because of their high electronic conductivity and useful mechanical properties. In this report, we demonstrated that the CNT composite electrode and graphene composite electrode showed excellent electrochemical properties as a sensing platform for organophosphate biosensors. Both composite electrodes were fabricated by assistant of binders. The ability as an electrode of biosensor was characterized by electrochemical analysis, showing the high electron transfer rate, response time, and sensitivity. A simple and functional approach here to the modified electrode could provide analytical access to various groups of enzymes for applications of biosensors. |
