Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) reaction is a core technology for syngas conversion to long chain hydrocarbons, which can produce the value-added clean fuels. However, since the selectivity control is one of the biggest challenges in FTS reaction, novel hybridized catalytic systems containing ordered mesoporous FeZrOx bimetal oxides with Mo-modified ferrierite (FER) was investigated for FTS reaction. The hybrid catalyst showed a lower methane selectivity with a higher stability than that of the pristine FeZrOx. The hydrophilicity of the Mo-modified FER seems to stabilize the active Hagg-type carbides under the water-rich FTS reaction condition. The detailed surface properties of the hybrid catalyst were characterized by N2 sorption XRD, SEM, H2-TPR and NH3-TPD and so on. |
