CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have been reported outstanding optical properties such as broad absorption, narrow emission spectrum as well as high absolute photoluminescence quantum efficiency (PLQE). Despite its superior properties, CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs are known to degrade and show a fast loss of emission intensity under ambient conditions. Contrary to general observation, a few reports on perovskite solar cells reported improved crystallization and stability by using water. In this work, we have found that appropriate amount of water makes improved PLQE and stable CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs. In the results, CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs with water molecule were achieved over 90% of PLQE and their stability retained even after the 35days. Moreover, full width at half maximum(FWHM) of CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs with water molecule was observed much narrower than general CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs. |
