제목 Crystallization Behaviors of Poly(vinylidene fluoride)/ Multiwalled-Carbon Nanotube Blends
초록 Isothermal crystallization kinectics of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) including Multi-Wall NanoTube(MWNT) have been investigated by means of Avrami expressions. As MWNT content is increased, the supercooling required for PVDF crystallization, both half time for crystallization and size of spherulites decrease. Further, the PVDF containing MWNT exhibits a higher nucleation density than pure PVDF when three dimension growth and constant radical growth rate of spherulites are assumed. In isothermal process, The radius of spherulites in PVDF/MWNT blends system are linearly increased with time. The activity of a nucleating agent was evaluated in terms of the increase in crystallization peak temperature(Tc) of the nucleated sample. Tc was measured by DSC.
