제목 The control of active layer morphology by addition of cyano substituted liquid crystals for high performance polymer solar cells
초록 It was reported the introduction of suitable additives into active layer is an attractive approach for high efficiency organic photovoltaic (OPV). On the other hand, the unique properties of liquid crystal mesophases can lead to nanostructured films that can also improve the photovoltaic performance by increasing the contact area between hole-and electron-transporting materials at which exciton dissociation takes place. In this concept, we fabricated the OPV cells with the cyano group substituted liquid crystals (CLCs) as additives into the active layer composed with P3HT and PCBM and observed their photovoltaic properties and the changes of morphology.
