Synthesis and characterization of high strength polyurethane by UV and moisture curing |
초록 |
UV and moisture curable polyurethane acrylate (PUA) have been synthesized by . The structures of PUA were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The thermal properties of pure PUA and nanohybrids were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC). TGA tests revealed that the thermal decomposition temperature(Td5%) of the UV and moisture curable PUA is 8.87℃ higher than that of only UV curable PUA while DSC measurements indicated that the introduction of UV and moisture curing PUA increased the glass transition temperature from 101.61 to 102.75℃ |
