Radiolytic Preparation of Poly(Vinylbenzyl Chloride)-grafted FEP Films with Various Degrees of Grafting and Thicknesses |
초록 |
FEP films (25, 50, and 100 m thicknesses) were utilized to prepare polyvinylbenzyl chloride (PVBC)-grafted FEP films by a γ-ray radiation grafting of vinylbenzyl chloride using simultaneous irradiation method. Several irradiation conditions such as the total absorbed dose, dose rate, monomer concentration, and solvent were applied to investigate the effects of the grafting conditions on the degree of grafting. SEM-EDX instrument was utilized to observe that the distribution behaviors of polyvinylbenzyl chloride (PVBC) grafting polymer across the FEP-g-PVB films with various degrees of grafting and thicknesses. |
