Electroless silver plating and form of palladium catalyst patterns on polyimide film by inkjet printing |
| 초록 |
First, palladium(Pd) ink was synthesized by the hydrolysis of PdCl2, followed by treatment with a small amount of oxidant and stabilizing agent. For inkjet printing using palladium ink, the surface of the polyimide film(125 μm) as printing substrates was modified with aqueous KOH solution. After printing with Pd ink following surface treatment, surface-bond palladium(Ⅱ) was reduced to metallic palladium by being immersed into NaBH4 solution.The surface of Pd was plated with electroless silver plating solution, resulting in appearance of silver lines. Reduced Pd (0) particles was confirmed by FE SEM, XPS and Electroless silver lines were analyzed by video microscope. |
