Advanced patterning (less than 30 um) of Silver Paste by UV |

In present year, Silver (Ag) paste has been received a significant role as a conducting materials in print electronics industries. Owing to its good conducting property silver paste is using in various electronics fields like solor cell, mobile phone and display technologyl. Our attempt to pattern silver paste with the assistance of photo initiator and polymeric binder on the surface of ITO film by using UV mask alingment.This study shows that silver paste pattern less than 30 μm. |
