제목 | Characterization of PCL(poly-ε-caprolactone) and PLLA(poly-L-lactide) film with Calcium Phosphate coating |
초록 | Calcium and phosphate ions are major ingredients for human bone tissue. Therefore, calcium phosphate ceramics possess excellent biocompatibility compared to other type of biomaterials. In this study, we investigated surface modification for poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly-L-lactide (PLLA) using calcium-containing ceramic films. The surface hydrophilicity was quantified in terms of contact angle measurements. Morphological changes of coating surface was observed using a SEM. The analysis of the chemical state was conducted using FT-IR. The biocompatibility of the films was evaluated in vitro cell assays.
