제목 A study of hydrophilic ePTFE membrane for microfiltration
초록 PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) porous membranes, which possesees excellent chemical resistance, good thermal stability and high tensile stregth, have been widely used in the applications of membrane separations. However, PTFE surface was hydrophobic and non-wettability. So, difficult to use in water treatment applications. In this study, Sureface modification was performed by plasma and chemical treatment. ePTFE membranes were analyzed to surface properties(i.e., hydrophobicity, wettability, surface morphology) and measured by FTIR, SEM, XPS, contact angle.
