제목 | A Novel Process of α, ω-Diamine as a Monomer of TPEs via Hofmann Rearrangement |
초록 | TTPEs (Thermoplastic Elastomers) have liner segmented block copolymers to be composed of hard and soft segments, which affect that they have the unique characteristics including the thermoplastic and the elastomeric properties. Among these TPEs, there are increasing the demands of polyamide because of their good thermal stability, and excellent chemical and hydrolytic resistance. Therefore, TPEs have come into the spotlight in the field of engineering plastics. There are some methods of synthesis amine form variable starting materials such as Hofmann and Curtius rearrangement. Because of the safe condition of Hoffmann rearrangement, we have researched the carbamate as a intermediate and the α, ω-diamine as a monomer of TPEs. In this presentation, we focused on the novel process of the α, ω-diamine synthesis via Hofmann rearrangement. Herein, we report the process development of α, ω-diamine to facilitate the industrial application. |
