Protein A-ModifiedMultilayer PSi Interferometer for Biosensors |
초록 |
A biosensor was described an optical interferometric transducer scheme based on inexpensive and readily available optically flat thin films of Distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) porous silicon (PS). Multi-arrayed DBR PS exhibiting unique reflectivity was successfully obtained by an electrochemical etching of silicon wafer using square current waveform. The system was probed with various fragments of an aqueous Human Immunoglobin G (Ig G) analyte. -This research was financially supported by the Ministry of Coomerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and Korea Industrial Technology Foundation (KOTEF) through the Human Resource Training Project for Regional Innovation. |
