Metal Organic Frameworks(MOFs) are highly ordered materials prepared by self-assembly of metal ions and organic linkers. Many researchers focused on MOFs thin film because highly porous thin layer can be used as sensors and catalysts. Specifically, porphyrin based MOFs thin film is interesting because of cavity in porphyrin structure which metal ions can coordinate. However, MOFs are not soluble in common solvents, so it is hard to change to other form suc as thin film. For resolving this problem, we tried to make thin layer of MOFs, which contain porphyrin structure, on -COOH and -NH2 terminated Self-Assembled-Monolayers(SAMs) on Au through solvothermal reaction. Here, we report deposition thin film using IRMOF-1, PPF-1-Zn/Zn, and MOF 525. Specifically, MOF-525 has high stabilit so it can be used for sustainable sensor. |
