Herein, silica-coated dual micro-sized graphite flakes were fabricated by two processes. First, a trace of PVP(Polyvinyl pyrrolidone) was physically adsorbed onto the graphite flakes with two different aspect ratios. Second, by means of a room temperature sol-gel method in the presence of NH4OH as a basic catalyst, PVP/Graphite composites coated by amorphous SiOx were finally obtained. This study concentrates on the change in the controllable morphology and sheet resistance of SiOx/PVP/Graphite composites varying [TEOS/NH4OH] in the sol-gel process. |
