제목 Enhanced thermal conductivity of Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) nanocomposite filled with silicon carbide (SiC) and mwuti-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)
초록 Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (silicone rubber, PDMS) has excellent unique properties like thermal resistance, high flexibility, chemical resistance, non-toxicity, high transparent, no smell and bio compatibility. Silicon carbide (SiC) has an excellent thermal conduction behavior up to 120 Wm-1K-1. In spite of their superior thermal conductivity, there are lack of preceding studies using the SiC as a thermal conductive filler. Due to the extremely high thermal and electrical conductivity of MWCNT, the addition of MWCNT significantly increases thermal conductivity of silicone nanocomposite.The thermal conductivity and electrical conduction behavior were investigated.
