제목 Substitution at 2,5-position of carbazole moiety with phosphine oxide group for high thermal property and high quantum efficiency in sky blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes.
초록 We studied and synthesized a bipolar host material using carbazole and phosphine oxide group for high performance blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. The (9-phenyl-9H-carbazole-2,5-dyil)bis(diphenylphosphine oxide) (PCPO25) with the phosphine oxide groups at 2,5 positions of carbazole showed high thermal and morphological stability, and high device performances in blue PHOLEDs. The PCPO25 showed  high triplet energy of 2.81eV for  energy transfer to blue emitting iridium(III) bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2]picolinateand provided high quantum efficiency of 31.4%, current efficiency of 54 cd/A and power efficiency of 53.1 lm/W.
