제목 | Up-conversion luminescence properties of Gd203:Tm3+, Yb3+phosphors |
초록 | The Tm3+ and Yb3+ co-doped Gd2O3 phosphors were synthesized by the facile solid state reaction method. Tm3+ ions concentrations were changed from 0.004 mol to 0.01 mol for the fixed Yb3+ ions concentration at 0.1 mol. The crystalline structures of the phosphors were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The grain size of phosphors will was around 582 nm ~ 650 nm and shape was angular oval observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photoluminescence emissions based on the green emission near 550 nm and green emission near 561 nm were observed and the highest emission intensity occurred for the sample Gd2O3:Yb0.1, Tm0.20. The green up-conversion emissions were observed in Tm3+, Yb3+ co-doped Gd2O3 phosphors under the excitation of 980 nm laser diode. The phosphors appeared the up-conversion emission based on the green emission near 563 nm and 554 nm radiated by 1D2 → 3H5 transitions. *E-mail: [email protected] *Tel: +82-10-2834-5982 |
