Nickel powder was prepared under mild temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous ammonium hydroxide. The Nickel was obtained in the temperature range of 190- 250℃ for 6 h. The average size and distribution of synthesized Ni powders was about 500-1000nm and narrow, respectively. The shape of synthesized Ni powders was almost spherical. The synthesized particles were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, TG-DSC. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the synthesized particles were crystalline. |
