In this work, TiO2 anatase colloidal solution was prepared by using sol-gel method with solvothermal process. It was transparent with light blue color, and had good dispersion stability. In addition, the size of TiO2 particles in this solution were ~10 nm and have uniform scale. The particles have good absorption property compared to amorphous. Properties of the anatase TiO2 colloidal solution characterized by (transmission electron microscope) TEM, X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis spectroscopy, and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS). |
