Rheological property of the cross-linked polyethylene cable by using supercritical methanol. |
초록 |
Rheological property of the cross-linked polyethylene cable by using supercritical methanol has been investigate by UDS(Universal Dynamic Spectrometer). The cross-linked polyethylene cable started to be decrosslinked above 350oC and completed above 380oC by single screw extruder. The gel fraction of the extrudated sample decreased with the reaction temperature. In the rheological property, chain dynamics of the decrosslinked was critically affected by the residual gel fraction. The decrosslinked with higher gel fraction showed very longer relaxation time and stronger non terminal behavior than that without a residual gel, as expected. |
