Surface Functionalization of Anisotropic Gold nanoparticles and their Surface Plasma Resonance |
초록 |
Gold nanoparticles (AuNP) exhibit different optical properties depending on their nano-scale-features. Recent studies in AuNP paid the attention toward the study of its nano shape with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon. In this study, we used AuNP which has octahedral shape to enhance SPR efficiency. Previously, we used AuNPs with a polyelectrolyte multilayer (PEM) to assemble thin film on a flat substrate. We expected these films could provide more chemical functionality to the AuNPs directly, therefore applied the film on AuNP instead of building a film on substrates. We confirmed this direct modification of AuNP was successful and the modified AuNP can be used to detect bio-molecule by using SPR measurement. |
