Comparative study of substrate-supported extracellular matrices prepared from various cells for cardiovascular applications |
초록 |
Although vascular stents have been usually treated with narrowed blood vessels, some of these still cause severe problems such as inflammation, restenosis and thrombosis. In our previous study, we developed surface coating of extracellular matrices by employing sequential treatments of polydopamine (pDA) and fibronectin (FN) for the modification of vascular stents. However, components of the substrate-anchored matrices have not been still identified. Using genetic and proteomic analyses, various cells derived ECMs was comparatively investigated to investigate cell-dependent effects on a specific cell. Our results demonstrate that our matrix coating method is sufficiently available for biomedical applications. |
