제목 The growth and characterization of porous TiO2 film using RF magnetron sputtering technique
초록 Titanium dioxide have been widely studied because of attractive advantages, such as nontoxic, cheap, and various applications which are photoelectrochemical solar cells, photocatalyst, and photoelectrochemical splitting of water etc.1 Especially, nanoporous TiO2 film was reported to improve the efficiency owing to high surface area. To increase the surface area and porosity, we try to grow the TiO2 film on the control of substrate temperature during 2h. As the substrate temperature is increased, the porosity of TiO2 thin film is also increased by the measurement of refractive index.
