CNT can utilize as kinds of display transparent electrode, touch screen panel, flexible display, poetable solar battery, and etc that can be substituted for ITO. This substituted for ITO requires about surface resistance 400Ω / sq and transmission over 85%. In this study, Flexible transparent conducting(FTC) films with sodium dodecyl sulfate-dispersed(SDS), singlewalled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were prepared by a spray method and were further immersed in water. The Flexible transparent conducting(FTC) of various condition were characterized using Multi meter and UV-Vis spectrum. |
