제목 Effect of UV-curing of acrylic copolymers PSAs on adhesion properties
초록 Pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) are distinct from general adhesives in many advanced applications. There are many benefits in using PSA in many fields such as electrical and electronic industries. For example, PSAs are used as a very important material in the manufacture of touch screen panel (TSP). Acrylic acid (AA) was copolymerized with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-HEA), ethyl acrylate (EA), and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) in the presence of 2,2’-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator to synthesize the fully crosslinked PSA. The various adhesion properties such as bonding and debonding force, thermal resistance, and adhesion strength were dependent on the extent of crosslinking of acryl copolymers.
