Ceramic scaffolds are made using several techniques. The AM technique is easy to make various shapes of ceramic scaffolds. and in-situ photocuring-assisted 3D plotting technique is a technique of making ceramic scaffolds through photocuring, which enables printing of complex shapes. In the previous paper, the manufacture of ceramic scaffolds using the in-situ photocuring-assisted 3D plotting technique was discussed. In this study, we fabricated a core shell structure porous ceramic scaffold using in-situ photocuring-assisted 3D plotting technique. Camphene was added to the ceramic paste as a porogen. At the center, a carbon black serving as a core was added to create a porous core-shell feedrod. This feedrod was extruded to fabricate a core shell structure porous ceramic filament and scaffold. The prepared scaffold was sintered at 1250 temperature, and the internal structure was confirmed by SEM. |
