Synthesis and Analysis of electrical, optical properties of MoS2 using organic nano particles. |
초록 |
In this studies, The electrical and optical properties of the two - dimensional materials fabricated by electrochemical methods were examined by using organic materials. the hybrized organic materials with MoS2 show increased optical and electrical properties compared with pristine. The structural properties of the MoS2 were investigated through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The optical characteristics were determined from the analysis of Raman and photoluminescence (PL) spectra using a high-resolution laser confocal microscope (LCM). |
